Using the audit trail

See who accessed and changed what — and export to CSV.

Owners and administrators can open Settings › Audit.

  • Filter by type (access, views, projects, tasks, members, support) and by person.
  • Click CSV to export (up to 5,000 records).
  • Records are immutable.

When the CicloDoc team opens one of your tickets, it shows up as CicloDoc Team viewed the ticket.
