How project health is calculated
Understand the 0–100 number in the project ring.
Health starts at 100 and loses points for:
| Situation | Impact |
|---|---|
| Each overdue task | −12 (max. −48) |
| Progress below what the schedule expects | half of the difference |
| Project due date passed without completion | −20 |
Above 60 is Good, between 40 and 60 Fair, below 40 Low.
