Frequently asked questions

How does subscribing work?: You create the account on the Essential plan and, when you want to change, ask in Settings › Plan. Our team replies in the ticket with the payment method and activates the plan once confirmed.
What happens if I go over the limit?: Nothing is deleted or blocked. You just can't create new items (users, projects or documents) until you free up space or change plans.
Do guests and pending invites count as users?: Yes. Every organization member and every pending invite takes a seat.
Can I change plans later?: Yes, any time. When you downgrade, what already exists stays accessible.
Is there an annual discount?: Yes: yearly costs the equivalent of 10 months (2 months free).
